Physical Fulfilment Starts Now!

Hey all! Just wanted to update you with where we are in terms of fulfilment as it has been a couple of weeks since my last one.
Physical Books Are Going Out!
So um, everything arrived nicely but there's a hecking lot of books. I decided to fix that problem by starting to ship them this week. I have spent the past 24-48 hours getting about 40/99 prepared and these are due to go out this week.
I have uploaded all of the tracking details to BackerKit yesterday and as of tonight all of them should have gone out. Those that have/are being sent out would have gotten an email/ping about it, and the rest I should have out next week/two (next Monday is a bank holiday so nothing will get shipped then).
Digital Fulfilment
Should be...soon. It's mostly good to go but has been a bit of a struggle on the Roll20 side as they seem to have changed some things fairly recently. I am submitting the module in the next 2 days, so should have some specific date VERY soon!
We are going to Norwich Games Con!
I've kept this on the down low, but we will be going to Norwich Games Con this weekend, so if you're in the area, please feel free to stop by and say hi. :)

Hey all - just wanted to give a bit of an update as to where we are currently! So let me update you with where we currently are!
BackerKit Surveys
These went out a little while ago now and orders have now been locked and charged (as of today, Sunday 3rd August). I've now given you guys 48 hours to finalize addresses and then everything on the BackerKit side will be good for fulfillment. So that's looking good there!
Digital and Physical Rewards
Again, good progress is being made. I've now officially finished the Tobias zine, which ended up being about 10k words and 28 pages in total! It was quite fun to make. Here's a little sneak peek!
There are four sections in total and what I've done with each "section" is discuss some tips and tricks for the relevant section. For example, the first bit is ALL about adventure hooks and quests, with some I've written myself in there. Towards the end of the section, I've written some extras out from the perspective of Tobias, as you can see below! ^^
Plus another Dungeon Spotlight cuz why not?!
Anyway, we are waiting on the books to be delivered (battlemap ones included), but aren't sure 100% yet when they are going to be delivered. It should be sometime later on this month, then fulfilment should begin shortly after - but will keep you guys updated. :D

Minor Updates!

Hey all - just wanted to give out some minor updates, as I've realised that June has absolutely flown by! I've had to focus a lot of attention on my PhD over the past few weeks but I am back! So here's what I can update you on. :)
BackerKit Surveys
I think I am slightly behind schedule regarding when these surveys were meant to go out. The good news is that once the team have reviewed the surveys, they should go out soon after! These will be open for a full two weeks before orders are locked (etc.).
Digital and Physical Rewards
Good progress is being made on both the physical and digital products - the books will be ordered about a week after the orders on BackerKit are locked. I am still actively working on the Tobias' Dungeon Guide Zine. The digital edition should be done by the end of the month, and ready to print soon after. :D

Campaign Ended! What next and when to expect rewards!

Hey all! I first of all just wanted to thank you guys so much for the support...I just genuinely can't believe it...still! Haha! In this update, I wanted to go through what to expect next and a sorta timeline of when to expect fulfillment! :D
Final Campaign Stats
With each campaign, I love to have a look at the stats and summaries - mostly of the total number of battlemap books we will have accumulated. In this case, I am not TOO sure on how it's all going to fit in our house. XD
What's Next?
I honestly have done things in a bit of a strange order this year, but I wanted to take a look into the sort of timeline we are working with and what to expect over the next couple of months!
The first thing would be the Kickstarter funds. In the first two weeks, all of the funds will be collected from you, allowing us to use the money to fund the total number of physical battlemap books and get them printed!
Creation Timeline
I'm sure you've seen, but the Tome of Maps: Dungeon Edition is actually already finished. I have been working quietly on it throughout the course of the campaign and it has been seen in the wild - namely at our recent UK Games Expo stand! However, much of the digital stuff still needs to be organised and made, namely the:
JPGs need to be organised, and 300dpi ones need to be exported.
FoundryVTT and Roll20 module still need to be made
Since we hit the second stretch goal, I will also be taking some time to make the Tobias' Terrible Dungeon Guide over the course of the next few weeks. This will also need to get sent to our printer for the physical prints. :D
In terms of doing all of this, I am allocating the next 6-8 weeks to finalising the digital content, making the PDFs, setting up VTT modules etc, as well as creating the zine!
Fulfillment
Either later on this month or in early July, I will be sending out surveys for BackerKit, allowing you to manage/confirm your pledges, get any add-ons you desire, and add on your address if you got a physical edition. Please note that even if you have a digital only pledge, you will need to confirm your pledge to get your rewards.
July will also be when I submit the battlemap books for print and recieve them, hopefully ready for fulfillment in early-mid August!
In the Meantime...
If you guys want more maps and more Snowy's Maps content in the meantime, check out my Patreon. Every 10 days I release new content, including maps for free. :)
As well as this, please feel free to suggest new battlemap book themes or any other projects you'd like to see from us in the comments. We have a couple of ideas, which will likely pop up in a poll but would love to hear your ideas as well!

Hey all - this is just a quick update to say - wow! 48 hours to go - this has gone incredibly quick! Also, we've hit the second stretch goal, which unlocks Tobias' Terrible Pocket Guide to Survivin' and Thrivin' In Dungeons! But anyway, let's get into it!
Tobias' Terrible Pocket Guide to Survivin' and Thrivin' In Dungeons - Stretch Goal Unlocked!
As the title says - we've unlocked our second stretch goal - which focuses on a 20 page system-agnostic zine, focused around dungeon-themed adventure hooks and quests, NPCs and monsters, and more! Each page will be annotated with Tobias' notes, giving seemingly helpful tips regarding his adventures and mishaps in dungeons.
This stretch goal is available as an add-on NOW but will be free for all those who purchase two or more of any battlemap book.
UK Games Expo - Lots of Fun and a Community Challenge!
The Expo was extremely good fun and I got to meet some of you in person (BTW, thank you so much for stopping by, it meant the world to me!). As part of this, we challenged the community to draw anything on the battlemap books...I got all sorts of people involved ranging from:

Community Spotlight UKGE Edition: Roll the Dice, Cornwall
At UKGE, I had the pleasure of being next to a WONDERFUL group based in Cornwall called Roll the Dice, who run tabletop RPG sessions (and Warhammer now I believe), with the aim to promote social, emotional and mental health improvements with their free club!
They started up last year (2024) and have been looking to improve their HQ...and are nearly funded. If you can and wish to contribute, they currently have an active GoFundMe, which goes towards additional furnishings for their place. :D
